We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for larger events or busy seasons. Many events book out more than a year in advance. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Yes! Every event is different, and we’re happy to help create a setup plan tailored to your venue, layout, and goals.
Do you provide full-service trade show management services?
PA EXPO specializes in event setup services including pipe & drape, tables, chairs, linens, layout support, delivery, setup, and teardown. At this time, we do not provide services such as flooring, logistics/material handling, or individual exhibitor booth installation.
